MKN Recruiters was established in 2023 under the name “Temporary Employment Agency MKN Recruiters Michał Solecki”. From its very beginning, our company has been providing services in the field of HR. We focus on recruiting workers from Ukraine and other CIS countries for work in Denmark and Norway.

Our history

Since its founding in 2023, MKN Recruiters has focused on recruiting foreign workers and assisting them with legalizing their stay and work in Denmark and Norway. The company quickly developed expertise in helping workers navigate the legal processes for employment and residence. Over time, we’ve built a team of highly skilled specialists to manage these processes efficiently. As part of our expansion, we entered into a road construction contract as a subcontractor, undertaking various critical tasks with our own staff. This experience demonstrated our ability to build and manage teams, taking full responsibility for the jobs performed.
